Yummy tea!

So today was a boring Sunday really. Not much to report. We went shopping together and we were hungry… Mistake! 

I bought mostly syn free stuff but I gave in to the Ben and Jerrys ice cream (I can’t resist the chocolate fudge brownie on offer).

I have had a relatively good food day bar the three spoonfuls of B&J… Oops.

I had a chicken burger (5syns) on a kingsmill thin (heb).

For tea I had pork and bulgar wheat. 

 
Huge tea! Sooo yummy!
